It is a policy of Flawless Driving School that any cancellations of a driving lesson must be made at a minimum of 24 hours before a scheduled lesson. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the full lesson fee and must be paid immediately with no exceptions.
It is crucial to ensure our instructors are notified of as much cancellation notice as possible, as this allows time for an instructor to replace lessons accordingly.
Flawless Driving School asks all students to be considerate and respectful to their instructors income as cancellations are a direct income loss to our instructors if not paid for.
Flawless Driving School and your assigned instructor reserves the right to cancel a lesson for any of the following reasons;
- Severe weather;
- Illness;
- Vehicle troubles;
- Traffic incidents;
- Inappropriate conduct of students, which will result in immediate cancellation of a lesson and payment of the full lesson fee to be liable;
- Unable to produce a valid Learners Drivers License, which will result in immediate cancellation of a lesson and payment of the full lesson fee to be liable.
By booking a lesson, a student acknowledges this policy and agrees to it.
Code Of Conduct
Flawless Driving School guarantees that all our instructors are fully licensed by the laws of Queensland Transport and conduct themselves in the highest ethical standards. If a student had any issues with an instructor, please contact Flawless Driving School directly and immediate by phone or email.
Flawless Driving School guarantees that all students personal information remains private and is not given or sold to any other parties.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY
- All students must be neatly groomed and dressed appropriately for their lessons.
- A student must carry a valid Queensland Learners drivers license OR a valid and fully interpreted overseas license.
- A student is legally liable for any offences they commit during a driving lesson and is solely responsible for all payments of fines and damage to an instructors vehicle.
- A student is liable for any damage they cause to an instructor vehicle due to a neglect or careless action.
- A student must always address their instructor in a respectful manner.
- Bad language or abuse will not be tolerated, resulting in the immediate cancellation of a lesson and the full lesson fee charged to the student.
AGREEMENT
By booking a lesson, both student and instructor agree to abide by the code of conduct outlined above.
